PRICING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Pricing/Payment Policy: The pricing for in-home pet sitting is on a per calendar day basis. The first day of service will be charged at a full day’s rate. The last day will be charged at an additional 1/2 day when leaving before 12 pm and an additional full day when leaving after 12 pm. Payment is to be made in full at the start of the stay or at the start of drop-ins. An additional $30 late fee will be added if payment is not left. Same day bookings will incur an additional $15 fee. 

Cancellation Policy: Effective January 1st, 2025 : Due to the exclusive nature of overnight bookings there will be a 20% nonrefundable deposit for any cancellations to reserve the service dates requested by the client. Any cancellations within one month of the service date will incur a 50% nonrefundable cancellation fee and cancellations with less than two week’s notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount. If dates need to be adjusted or shortened, the client will still be charged the rate of the original reserved service dates. No refunds or price adjustments will be given for early arrivals home.

***PLEASE NOTE*** due to the nature of my business I cannot guarantee to be available for packages that need signatures, to let workers in, etc. Please do not plan any home renovations for while you are away. I would also suggest moving any cleaning services while I am sitting for your animals. I take the security of your home very seriously and having workers coming in is an unnecessary liability that would void the insurance I have that protects your house/property.
